ClearBridge Compliance was founded by Stephen and Justin in 2019.

We are a firm dedicated to keeping your cannabis facility fully compliant with city, state, and METRC regulations.

We offer a complete solution: METRC management, regulatory tracking at both city and state levels, pre-inspection readiness, employee training, and ongoing compliance monitoring.

Stephen Wang, Co-Founder

Stephen oversees day-to-day operations and client compliance strategy at ClearBridge. He holds a general contractor license and real estate license, with a background in residential construction and development. He graduated from UC Davis with a degree in economics and data analysis and brings a systems-driven mindset to every facility he works with. Stephen built and implemented the internal compliance workflows used across ClearBridge facilities.

Justin Miao, Co-Founder

Justin leads METRC integration and facility data systems at ClearBridge. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in theatre and fine arts and received formal training in data science. He has worked across multiple cannabis operations, focusing on real-time compliance reporting and accurate recordkeeping. Justin ensures facilities stay traceable, audit-ready, and aligned with evolving state and city requirements.

Together, they have helped facilities obtain licenses, transition from provisional to annual status, and stay compliant with both city and state cannabis regulations.
